紅襪17日主場戰紅雀，找來粉絲開球，不料這一球投不進擔任捕手的退役紅襪球星安德魯斯(Mike Andrews)手套內就算了，竟然嚴重偏離軌道，砸中一旁的攝影記者胯下，全場爲他感到疼痛哀嚎外，投手也一臉尷尬，場面相當有趣。
